As seen in this video uploaded by the Instagram food blogger with the username @nagpurchakartik, a vendor in Nashik is seen selling Ayurvedic panipuri. According to the vendor, the pani puri has 42 herbs and spices that are beneficial to health - from pudina and nimbu to hing. When asked by the blogger about what makes the panipuri stand out, the vendor replies that the pani puri has 222 benefits - starting from solving the problem of discolouration of hair to improving liver health. He also explains that the boat-shaped puri doesn’t soak the pani easily unlike normal pani puri. The video has garnered nearly 800k views in just six days.
