Then add the dry ingredients (jaggery powder, cocoa powder, and baking powder) to the ground oats and give it a good stir.
Now, add milk and melted butter/olive oil to the oats mixture and mix until combined.
Pour half of the mixture into a mug/microwave-friendly bowl.
Add unsweetened peanut butter in the middle to increase the nutritional value and give the oatmeal a gooey center.
Finally, pour the other half of the mixture and bake at 175 degrees C for 1 minute.
Top it with your favorite seasonal fruits to make it nutrient-rich and Bon Appetit!
It's better to use rolled oats for this recipe. If you don’t have rolled oats, then roast your instant oats for about a minute for better taste.
Do not overmix the batter. You might knock out all the air bubbles.
Not only healthy, but this baked oatmeal is also labor-saving and penny-pinching. It’s a perfect substitute for overnight oats in case you want a change. Being extremely nutrient-rich and light, it can also work as a pre-workout snack that can be taken 30 minutes before a workout session.
