  • 1 ½ cup kiwi, sliced
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 3-4 mint leaves, garnish
  • Ice cubes as required

Tip: While blending the concoction it is recommended not to over blend it. As it might crush the seeds and can destroy the texture of the drink altogether.


1. Wash and peel the kiwi fruit. Then slice them roughly.

2. In a blender, add sliced kiwi, lemon juice, granulated sugar and water. Blend them until they are smooth and pulpy.

3. In a glass add the ice cubes and pour the kiwi-lemonade into it. Give it a good stir.

4. Lastly, garnish it with mint leaves.
