Try Out The Chili Cheese Baked Vegetable Recipe At Home

A medley of vegetables baked with dripping cheese is undoubtedly hard to resist. Chili cheese baked vegetables are on the menu for today. Baked vegetables are a very healthy and wholesome food that elevates one’s taste buds and makes one a fan forever after trying. In most scenarios, eating vegetables is always dull for kids, but when overloaded with cheese, we hardly think anyone will show up with a sad face. To begin with, baked vegetables are prepared using various colorful and healthy vegetables, wrapped around in the goodness of fresh cream cheese and seasoned with aromatic herbs, all baked together to perfection.

Ingredients- (Serving for 4)

  1. 100g carrot
  2. 100g green peas
  3. 100g french beans
  4. 100g potato
  5. 100g baby corn
  6. 50g sweet corn
  7. 200g cheese
  8. 100g butter
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. Half tablespoon black pepper
  11. Red chillies
  12. Mixed herbs
  13. 1 cup milk
  14. ¼ tablespoon sugar 
  15. 2 tablespoons of maida 


  1. Cut all the vegetables and add them together into a pan for boiling. 
  2. After boiling, strain all the excess water out of the vegetables. 
  3. Now heat a pan with 50g butter, add the vegetables and saute them for a while.
  4. After the vegetables have softened, remove and keep aside.
  5. Add two tablespoons of maida and milk with the remaining butter in the same pan. Keep stirring, make sure that the mixture is thick. Make sure also to add black pepper, red chillies, mixed herbs and sugar.
  6. Then in the same pan, add all the vegetables and grated cheese.
  7. Transfer everything into a baking dish and add some more grated cheese.
  8. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Baked vegetables are ready!
