The most ideal chicken component is its drumsticks or legs, which are loaded with protein and are so juicy they might make you cry. Just a few of the thousands of ingredients that go well with chicken drumsticks include pepper, salt, pesto, herbs, yoghurt, garlic, ginger, barbecue sauce, spicy sauce, and mustard. Additionally, you can cook chicken drumsticks in a variety of methods, including pan frying, braising, baking, or grilling. The use of an oven-safe bag is one of my favourite methods. In essence, the chicken is sealed in the bag with some seasonings, shaken, and baked for around 40 minutes. It helps the chicken cook more effectively by preventing drying out and by keeping all the liquids inside the bag.

Here are some drumsticks recipe you can try for dinner-

Chicken In Barbeque Sauce

Manju Malhi offers some wonderful advice on how to make the ideal barbecue sauce for those of you who enjoy preparing things from scratch. There is red wine (unfortunately not in a glass), tomato puree, vinegar, garlic, tabasco, ginger powder, mustard powder, and some.

Jerk Chicken

This recipe asks you to pan fry the chicken legs for a few minutes before placing them in the oven, which reduces the cooking time by practically half. You can buy pre-made jerk chicken paste, which is mostly composed of garlic, ginger, vinegar, water, brown sugar, scallions, and nutmeg, in place of making your own marinade.

Bhatti Da Murga Pindiwala

Your heart will race and your mouth will drop when you make this dish from "Made in Punjab." Chicken drumsticks are coated in a variety of spices, including cinnamon, coriander, cardamom, clove, mace, and cumin, before being grilled over charcoal using desi ghee.

This dry-roasted chicken in a heavy, clunky sauce is just what you need if you like chicken and coconuts. The chicken is first roasted with cardamom, cloves, anise, cumin, and fried coconut. A gravy made of onions, curry leaves, ginger, garlic, and vinegar is then used to slowly simmer the meat.

Chicken Tangri

You'll wonder why you've never made chicken Tangri at home after taking just one bite. Coriander, green chilli, ginger-garlic paste, salt, pepper, and lime are among the standard yet necessary ingredients listed. It's delectable, straightforward, and as desi, as it gets.
