Time To Indulge In The Deliciousness Of Chocolate-Butter Croissant Pudding

A Chocolate and Butter Croissant Pudding is a delectable dessert that is different, unusual and whole together creamy than the ones we usually make. We are so used to making puddings with custard that we forget to consider other ingredients that can make our pudding equally delicious, soft by giving it a desired rich texture. So this time, we have tried an unusual ingredient while whipping up a pudding that will surely amaze you because we bet you would have never imagined a pudding-like ours. We have created a pudding that includes making it with French bread; croissants and coated with a rich, creamy layer of eggs, sugar, and whipped cream. This perfect amalgamation of unique ingredients is further baked to perfection. So hold your breath and find the best pudding recipe below. 


  • 2 chocolate croissants
  • 2 butter croissants
  • 2 eggs
  • Half cup butter
  • 2-3 cups of milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 3 tablespoons whipped cream
  • Dry fruits and nuts ( for garnishing)

Steps in the making-

  • Take a large bowl and add milk, fresh whipped cream, eggs, sugar, butter, and salt pinch. Whisk everything together until you receive a smooth paste/ mixture.
  • Once whisked well, add both the chocolate and butter croissant and coat them well with the mixture. Leave the croissants covered in it for some time.
  • Meanwhile, take a dish and grease it well from all sides with butter. Now, after almost 10-15 minutes, pour the batter into the dish. 
  • Also, garnish some dry fruits and nuts over the pudding if you desire.
  • Bake the pudding at 300 degrees for at least 30 minutes or so. Take it out once it turns puffy and golden.
  • There you are! Serve your chocolate-butter croissant pudding after it has cooled down.
