Cheesy bread is one of the most popular treats relished by foodies across the globe. The cheese dripping from the bread melts in the mouth and hits the right spot. Recently a video showing a recipe tweak to the regular cheesy bread went viral online and garnered more than 3 crore views. The ingredient added to amp up the cheesy bread game was - potato!

Adding potato to bread is a hack that artisan bakers have used for many years now. The starchy potato is able to retain more moisture, thereby keeping the bread tad softer. The potato cheesy bread is soft, tasty, and just the right amount of crispy on the edge. The cheese in the potato cheesy bread not only adds flavor but also makes the rolls softer. Finally, the herbs including the parsley adds the right punch of flavour making this bread a snack to be relished with tomato ketchup. You could also add oregano or chilli flakes atop the bread, if you’re fond of spices.
