What can you do with leftover potato rolls?

  • After your holiday meal, if you have extra rolls, place them at good value as sandwiches the very next day. Likewise, you can use them to prepare French toast, croutons, a bowl of bread soup or casseroles.
  • What about frozen leftover rolls? Seal pack the leftover aloo rolls in a double-layered sheet/foil and slip them in a zip-lock pouch in the deep freeze. Before usage, let them melt on the kitchen counter and heat in an oven before consumption.
