Stuffed Chicken Spinach Kebab: 

Take your health metre to a notch higher with this simple recipe that has both greens and meaty stuff. Minerals, proteins and vitamins are all clubbed in one with just a few drops of butter and oil. This is best prepared with baby spinach, which are tastier and better in their mineral content. Add some spring onions, pepper and salt along with prunes and cook the spinach for some time. Take the chicken breasts, slit them open and push in the spinach stuffing. Drizzle some honey on the chicken before putting them on the baking tray. Cook them on medium heat until each part of the chicken turns golden brown. You can serve it with some stir fried veggies like broccoli and carrots for a wholesome snack.

Stuffed Chicken Kebab With Pine Nut:

For better results, marinate the chicken drumsticks for about 10 to 15 minutes with cumin, clove, carom, cardamom, both black and green, nutmeg, star anise, and fennel along with two eggs and keep it aside. The stuffing needs to be prepared with minced chicken, pine nut, ginger, spring onions and seasoning, which requires stir frying in a pan and then stuffed in the chicken. The chicken drumsticks then can be marinated for the tikka kebab flavour with yoghurt, ginger and garlic paste, cream, red chilli powder and lemon juice.
