  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tsp oil or ghee
  • Tomato sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice

How To Make Sprouts Sandwich?

  1. Place a non-stick pan on the gas now, put oil or ghee in it, and heat.
  2. Now add chopped onion and fry it in medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes. Then add salt and chopped tomatoes to it.
  3. After a few minutes, add boiled sprouts and boiled potatoes (optional), mix and cook on low flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
