1. Corn Pakodas

This corn pakoda is a delectable easy snack that you can pair up with adrak wali chai—the perfect combo for your yummy shaam.

Ingredients: 

  • Slices of bread 
  • 50 gm butter 
  • 1 medium-size onion (peeled & thinly sliced)
  • 1 medium-size cucumber (peeled & thinly sliced)
  • 1 capsicum (thinly, sliced)
  • 1 medium-size tomato (thinly, sliced)
  • 1 medium potato (boiled, thinly sliced)
  • 4 tbsp mint chutney 
  • Salt, to taste 
  • Chaat masala, to taste 
  • Black pepper, to taste 

Method:

Butter the slices of bread, put a coat of mint chutney on it. Put sliced boiled potatoes, cucumber, onion, capsicum, tomatoes, and season with salt, pepper, and chaat masala. Cover the bread with butter on a slice. Heat the non-stick tawa and toast the sandwich on both sides with butter until crispy and brown. Serve this sandwich with tomato ketchup.
