  1. Water chestnut flour - 3 teaspoon
  2. Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  3. Coriander leaves - 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Green chilli - 3 finely chopped
  5. Rock salt - according to taste
  6. Black Chili powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Potato - 200 grams
  9. Ghee - 1/2 tsp

How to make aloo chilla?

  1. First of all, clean-peel the potatoes, grate them and take them out in a vessel.
  2. Now put cumin, salt, green chilli, coriander, black pepper powder, flour in this grated potato, mash it well and prepare the batter.
  3. After this, put ghee in a pan, heat it, spread the prepared batter in the pan, and spread it well.
  4. After cooking one side, add ghee on the other side and cook it well till it becomes golden.
  5. Aloo ka chilla is ready to serve.

  3. Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
  4. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Green chilli - 2
  6. Cucumber - 2
  7. Oil - 2 cups

How to make cucumber fritters?

  1. First of all, clean-peel the cucumber and grate it. Then, squeeze it once and take out the water as well.
  2. After this, put flour, salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, finely chopped green chilli in a vessel and mix it well.
  3. After a while, prepare the batter by adding a little water and grated cucumber.
  4. After this, heat oil in a pan, take some of the prepared batters and put them in the pan for frying.
  5. Deep fry it well, take it out on a plate and serve.

  4. Groundnut powder - 1/2 cup
  5. Sabudana - 1/2 cup soaked
  6. Coriander leaves - 1 tsp
  7. Boiled potatoes – 2

How to make sabudana parathas?

  1. First, prepare the batter by adding sabudana, groundnut powder, potatoes, coriander leaves, green chillies and salt.
  2. After this, grease the hands with ghee to avoid sticky hands while making the paratha.
  3. Now make paratha keeping step 2 in mind. Put the paratha in the heated pan after adding ghee and cook both sides well till it becomes golden.
  4. This delicious dish is ready to serve with curd.
