Ingredients
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- 1 cup Beetroot, grated
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
- 1 tbsp Cashews
- To start, you must first boil the milk. When finished, put it away. Now, toast the cashews or any other dry fruits in a skillet with hot ghee until they are golden brown. Once finished, remove them and place them away.
- Grated beetroot should be sautéed in the same skillet until the raw scent is gone. Add sugar next. Permit the sugar to fully melt. Add the heated milk. Simmer it for a while.
- Simmer until creamy and thick over low heat. Add the fried cashews and cardamom powder lastly. The heat should be turned off after full mixing.
