Lassi is a yummy drink on its own and to make it more exciting we bring you gulkand lassi which will add more weightage to its nutrients profile as rose is an approved ayurvedic remedy to keep us cool in the summers with a wide range of minerals. This versatile lassi is not just healthy but is also super delicious to drink. So, here’s the recipe for gulkand lassi.

Ingredients:

• 1 ½ cup Greek yogurt, chilled

• ½ cup milk, chilled

• 1 ½tbsp rose syrup

• 2 tbsp gulkand

• ½ tsp cardamom powder

• Chopped pistachio and cashews

• Blanched and peeled almond

Preparations:

1. Take a blender, then place greek yogurt, milk, rose syrup, gulkand, cardamom powder, pistachio, cashews and almonds. Blend all these ingredients together for at least 1 minute or until everything is smooth and foamy.

2. Then take a glass and pour the gulkand lassi into it. If you want you can add honey or sugar as per your taste.

Your rejuvenating gulkand lassi is ready for slurping.
