Ramadan 2022: The most-awaited month is almost here. Ramadan starts on April 2. Celebrated during the ninth month of the Islamic calendar, Muslim worldwide observe it with fasting, prayer, reflection and community. During this time, they fast from morning to night, and break their fast with iftar. Iftar dishes are prepared by mosques, families and by street stalls. As we look forward to the month of Ramadan, we also need to strike the right balance between healthy and tasty when it comes to heavy indulgence.
