Rakul Preet Singh’s Shares Recipe For Her Post-Workout Drink

Her on-screen performance is definitely one reason, but what makes her even more relatable to her fans is the fact that she keeps her diet in check while satiating her cravings. Rakul recently revealed the secret potion that she’s been drinking to keep herself fit and active all through these years. 

She posted a video of herself on her Instagram stories and shared her “post-workout ritual” with her followers. The Runway 34 actor was also seen holding a glass of green juice that she called a “green beauty” in the video. She then went on to share the recipe for the immunity-boosting drink with us.  



    Mint Leaves 



    Pink Salt 

    200 ml water 

    1 scoop collagen 


    Blend all of this together in a mixer until it gets thick and green. 

    Sip it after your workout for re-energising your body. 

She tagged her nutritionist @rashichowdhry for introducing her to this healthy drink. The green juice looks absolutely delicious and super nutritious. She also states that it has got tremendous health benefits. For instance, lemon is known for its citrus properties and Vitamin C, which prevents cough and cold. Similarly, ginger is also good for a sore throat. Mint leaves and celery have high water content, which helps to keep the body hydrated. The latter also contains antioxidants and is a great source of Vitamin C.
