The word ‘Pudding’ is widely used to denote both savoury and sweet dishes. The British claim pudding as their national heritage. In fact, puddings have been a part of English culture since medieval times. But at the time, puddings were mostly meat-based. Slowly, it took its dessert form which we are familiar with today.
This dessert made of flour, eggs, even fruits, comes in different forms and flavours - from vanilla, chocolate, butterscotch to banana, and pistachio.
Be it Christmas pudding or Yorkshire pudding, the one thing you can be assured of is that it is going to be delicious.
