Nagaland is one of the major states in the North-Eastern part of India. The state is famous for its beautiful scenic beauty, but most importantly for its lip-smacking food, known for its unique variety and taste. 


Nagaland’s food is renowned for being spicy because of the use of the famous chilly called raja mircha in their cuisine. The main ingredients of Naga food are bamboo shoot, axone , anishi, and fermented dry fish.


A normal Naga food meal would include rice, a meat dish (either dry or pork with bamboo shoots), boiled vegetables, and spicy chili sauces.
