Creamy Berry Pies 

Ingredients:

¼ cup whipping cream 

2 tsp sugar 

¼ cup vanilla Greek yogurt 

15 fresh blueberries 

15 fresh raspberries 

Directions:

In a bowl, beat the cream until soft peaks form. 

Add the sugar and beat until stiff. Then add yogurt. 

Put the mixture into 15 small serving cups. Top each with one blueberry and raspberry each. 

Chill for 4 hours, then serve. 

Watermelon Pizza

Ingredients:

½ plain yoghurt 

1 tsp honey 

¼ tsp vanilla extract 

2 large round slices of watermelon 

⅔ cup sliced strawberries 

½ cup halved blackberries 

2 tbsp fresh mint leaves 

Directions:

In a small bowl, add the yogurt, honey and vanilla. 

Spread the yogurt mixture over each slice of the watermelon. 

Cut each slice into 8 wedges. 

Top with strawberries, blackberries and mint. 

Serve chilled. 

Chocolate Avocado Milkshake 

Ingredients:

 1 avocado 

1 ½ cups milk 

3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder 

3 tbsp brown sugar or maple syrup 

2 tbsp melted chocolate chips 

1 tbsp vanilla extract 

12 ice cubes 

Directions:

Place the pitted avocado in a blender. Add the milk, cocoa, brown sugar or maple syrup, melted chocolate and vanilla. 

Puree until smooth. Add the ice and process until thick and frosty. 

Transfer to a glass, sprinkle cocoa powder on top and serve. 

Roasted figs

Ingredients:

35 figs, halved 

3 tbsp vinegar 

2 tbsp honey 

½ tsp vanilla extract 

1 tsp kosher salt 

5 sprigs rosemary 

2 tbsp unsalted butter 

½ tsp lemon zest from 1 lemon 

Directions:

Preheat the oven 

Place the figs on a baking sheet. Drizzle the vinegar, honey and vanilla on them. Sprinkle salt on top. 

Add the rosemary to the sheet. 

Bake for approximately 10 minutes, until the figs soften. 

Remove the sheet, flip the figs, add the butter to the baking sheet and put in the oven again. 

Remove from the oven and let it cool. Discard the rosemary sprigs. 

Add the lemon zest to the figs and transfer to a serving plate. 

Mug Brownie

Ingredients:

1 tbsp coconut oil 

2 tbsp milk 

¼ tsp vanilla extract 

1 ½ tbsp all-purpose flour 

1 tbsp sugar 

1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder 

⅛ tsp salt 

2 tsp mini chocolate chips (optional) 

Directions:

Put the coconut oil in a microwave-safe mug. 

Add the milk, vanilla, flour, sugar, cocoa and salt, and whisk until completely mixed. 

Add the chocolate chips, and mix. 

Microwave for 30 to 40 seconds until it’s firm to touch. Let cool for a few minutes and enjoy. 

Ice cream

Ingredients:

2 bananas 

¼ cup peanut butter 

Unsweetened shredded coconut for garnish 

Directions:

Add the bananas and the peanut butter to a food processor and mix until smooth. 

Chill for a few hours. 

Garnish with shredded coconut and serve.
