To make this delicious broccoli snack, begin with finely chopping up the broccoli. Now, add 2 egg yolks, wheat flour, chili flakes, salt, pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese. If you are a vegan, replace eggs with flax meals. Mix the ingredients well. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread small spoonfuls of the mixture and flatten. Bake them at 150-180c for 25-30 minutes. Your crunchy munchy zero-oil broccoli snack is ready to have.
