Here's How You Can Make Fenugreek Milk At Home:


 1 tablespoon of fenugreek seeds

 1 cup of water

 1 cup milk (cow's milk, almond milk, or any milk of your choice)

 1-2 teaspoons honey (optional, for sweetness)

 Pinch of ground cinnamon (optional, for flavour)


 Start by soaking the fenugreek seeds in 1 cup of water. Place the fenugreek seeds in a bowl or glass, and cover them with water. Let them soak overnight or for at least 6–8 hours. This soaking process helps soften the seeds and enhance their nutritional value.

 After the soaking period, drain the water from the soaked fenugreek seeds and transfer the seeds to a blender. Add a little fresh water (about 1/4 cup) and blend until you get a smooth paste.

 In a saucepan, heat 1 cup of milk over medium heat. As the milk begins to warm up, add the fenugreek paste to the milk. Stir well to ensure that the fenugreek paste is thoroughly mixed into the milk.

 If desired, add 1-2 teaspoons of honey to the milk for sweetness. You can also sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon for extra flavour. Stir well to incorporate the sweetener and flavour into the milk.

 Continue heating the milk and fenugreek mixture until it comes to a gentle boil. Stir occasionally to prevent the milk from sticking to the bottom of the saucepan.

 Once the fenugreek milk has reached a gentle boil, turn off the heat. Let the milk cool down slightly. If you prefer a smooth texture, you can strain the milk through a fine mesh strainer to remove any remaining fenugreek particles.

 Pour the fenugreek milk into a cup and enjoy it while it's warm and comforting. You can also serve it chilled if you prefer.


 You can adjust the sweetness of the fenugreek milk by adding more or less honey, depending on your taste preferences.
