Island Whispers
Base: White Rum
Glassware: Baseless Highball
Method: Muddled & Shaken
Ingredients:
- 1 pc litchi
- 5-6 pcs lemongrass
- 15 ml lime juice
- 10 ml pandan syrup
- 7.5 ml ginger lemongrass shrub
- 45 ml white rum
- Top up with house coconut & pandan seltzer
- Float with 10 ml dark rum
Garnish:
- Tart, sour cream, coconut foam, pandan leaves

Instructions:
- Muddle 1 litchi and 5-6 pieces of lemongrass in a shaker.
- Add lime juice, pandan syrup, ginger lemongrass shrub, and white rum.
- Shake vigorously and fine strain into a baseless highball glass.
- Top up with house coconut & pandan seltzer.
- Carefully float 10 ml of dark rum on top.
- Garnish with tart, sour cream, coconut foam, and pandan leaves.
Long Run
Base: Mezcal
Glassware: Crystal Highball
Method: Muddled & Shaken
Ingredients:
- 4 pcs galangal
- 15 ml lime juice
- 10 ml agave syrup
- 60 ml mezcal
- Top up with house apple soda
- Float with red wine
Garnish:
- Ginger candy

Instructions:
- Muddle 4 slices of galangal in a shaker.
- Add lime juice, agave syrup, and mezcal.
- Shake well and fine strain into a crystal highball glass.
- Top up with house apple soda.
- Float a layer of red wine on top.
- Garnish with ginger candy.
