  • 200g paneer, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated vegetables (carrots, capsicum, onion)

  • 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • Burger buns
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Onion slices
  • Ketchup and mayonnaise for serving


  • In a mixing bowl, add the crumbled paneer, breadcrumbs, grated vegetables, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, and salt. Mix everything well until combined.
