The paneer burger is a popular vegetarian burger that is made with paneer, a type of Indian cheese. It is a healthy and tasty alternative to traditional meat burgers and is perfect for vegetarians and anyone looking for a meat-free option.

The paneer patty in a paneer burger is made with crumbled paneer, mixed with various spices, vegetables, and breadcrumbs. The mixture is then shaped into patties and cooked on a grill or stovetop. The result is a flavorful and protein-rich patty that is moist and tender on the inside and crispy on the outside.

Paneer burgers are typically served on a bun with various toppings, such as lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and sauces like ketchup or mayo. Some people like to add additional Indian spices or chutneys to give the burger a more authentic Indian flavour. The toppings can be customized to suit individual tastes and dietary preferences. Paneer is a good source of protein, calcium, and other essential nutrients, making it a healthy alternative to meat burgers. Paneer is also lower in fat and calories than many other types of cheese, making it a good option for those watching their calorie intake. Paneer is also a great source of vitamin D, which is essential for bone health and immune system function.

Paneer burgers are a popular street food in India, where they are served at roadside stalls and fast food restaurants. They are also gaining popularity in other parts of the world, particularly in countries with large Indian populations. Many restaurants and cafes offer paneer burgers on their menus, and they are often served with a side of fries or a salad.
