Paneer Poha

Ingredients:

  1. Onion - 1 finely chopped
  2. Coriander leaves - 1 tsp
  3. Leftover paneer - 1 cup
  4. Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Groundnut - 1/2 cup
  6. Tomato - 1 chopped
  7. Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
  8. Mustard - 1/2 tsp
  9. Salt - to taste
  10. Poha - 2 cup

Method:

  1. Soak the poha in water and keep it aside for a while
  2. After putting mustard oil in a pan, fry onion, salt and turmeric for some time
  3. Now in this pan, add tomatoes, peanuts, poha, leftover paneer, red chilli and cook well
  4. Put coriander leaves on top and turn off the gas

Paneer Pakore

Ingredients:

  1. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  2. Leftover paneer - 2 cups
  3. Salt - according to taste
  4. Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
  5. Asafoetida - a pinch
  6. Gram flour - 1 cup
  7. Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
  8. Oil - 1 cup

Method:

  1. Mix turmeric, red chilli powder, salt and asafetida together in a vessel
  2. Add gram flour to this mixture and prepare a thick batter by adding water
  3. After this, add the leftover paneer to this solution and mix it well
  4. Now, heat oil and fry the paneer in a kadhai or pan until it turns golden
  5. Serve it with chaat masala on top

Paneer Rolls

Ingredients:

  1. Green vegetables - 1 cup
  2. Onion - 1 finely chopped
  3. Salt - according to taste
  4. Coriander leaves - 1 tsp
  5. Leftover paneer - 2 cup
  6. Tomato sauce - 1 tsp
  7. Cumin - 1/2 tsp
  8. Flour - 2 cups

Method:

  1. First of all, knead the dough in a vessel and keep it covered for some time.
  2. After some time, make roti from the dough and keep it aside
  3. Heat oil, add cumin seeds, green vegetables, salt, leftover paneer  in a pan and cook well
  4. Spread the prepared mixture on the roti and roll it after adding tomato sauce and coriander leaves on top
  5. The tasty roll of leftover paneer is ready
