BoAt Founder Aman Gupta Shares A Peek At The B20 Menu

The recent B20 Summit India was held in New Delhi and played host to a number of prestigious guests from all over the world. Business 10 or B20 is the official G20 dialogue forum which invites the global business community to participate. Among them this year was Aman Gupta, the CEO of boAt, who has achieved considerable renown since his appearance on Shark Tank India. Through his Instagram page, he gave his followers a glimpse inside the proceedings, including an exclusive look at the menu.

The menu, an all-vegetarian affair, was thoughtfully organised into three categories: appetisers, main courses, and desserts. Among the enticing starters were Moong Dal Chaat, Tandoori Malai Broccoli, and Kebab Labgeer. The main course boasted delicacies such as Paneer Laung Latika, Khatta Metha Kumra, Hing Dhaniya Ke Aloo, Motiya Palak, Kadhi Pakodi, Dal Bukhara, Dal Dehlnavi, Taftaan, Paanch Anaaj Paratha, and Nimona Pulao.

For dessert, the summit indulged attendees with Pista Elaichi Shrikhand, Badam Halwa, and Thande Phalon Ki Kheer. Notably, the menu's appeal isn't limited to its flavours; it's equally focused on health and nourishment. Clearly, the B20 delegates were treated to a well-rounded culinary experience.

The 2023 summit of B20 was held under the theme 'RAISE', an acronym for Responsible, Accelerated, Innovative, Sustainable & Equitable Businesses. It was aimed at tackling national and global level challenges in the business world and starting a dialogue around these global economic issues.

The B20 Summit comprises 20 member countries and extends its invitation to nine guest nations. The membership list encompasses Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Mexico, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Turkiye, the United Kingdom (UK), the United States of America (USA), and the European Union (EU).
