Ingredients-
- 4 raw bananas
- Half cup grated coconut
- 2-3 tablespoon Turmeric powder
- Kadi patta leaves
- 2-4 green chillies
- Salt as per taste
- Mustard seeds
- 2-4 tablespoon Coconut oil
Method-
- Please take all the raw bananas and then together boil them in a pressure cooker. Turn off the cooker right after one whistle.
- Now take a pan and heat it with coconut oil. Add the pan mustard seeds, kadi patta, finely chopped green chillies, turmeric powder, and salt. Stir and saute the mixture for a while.
- After this, cut small slices of raw bananas to add to the pan. After adding, mix well with the masalas and let it cook for 5-10 minutes.
- In the end, add freshly grated coconut into the pan. Again mix and cook for just a bit longer.
- Your Raw banana Sabzi is ready! Serve warm and enjoy it with rice or roti.
Takeaway tip- We have made this dish without peeling off the skin of the bananas. If you wish to enjoy eating without the skin, peel them off before adding them to the pan.
