So this time we have bought dal pakoras that are quite famous among the people belonging from Rajasthan. Chawala dal pakoras are made using chawla dal which is also referred to as black-eyed beans in English, which is finely crushed and mixed with spices and then traditionally deep fried in groundnut oil. What's great about these Rajasthani fritters are that they are very healhy unlike many pakoras and the taste of dal instead of making these pakoras dull or bland in taste, eventually uplifts the flavours, making them altogether more tasteful. Also, if you have leftover dal at home, you can put it into good use too instead of wasting it. Although whether you have leftover dal or not, don't miss out on the taste of these pakoras for sure.
