There is no doubt that sandwiches are the most delectable and hassle-free food to prepare and consume at any time. We frequently associate sandwiches with western cuisine, yet there are a few traditional Indian sandwiches that are superior to fusion foods. Paneer sandwich

Take 1 cup of cottage cheese crumbles and some chopped vegetables to make this simple sandwich. Take a skillet, add oil, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of ginger paste, 1 tomato, 1 onion, and 3 green chillies, and then cook the masala. Stir in the paneer and other ingredients, such as salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, and coriander leaves. Butter the interior of the bread slices, load with paneer, grill, and enjoy.

Bombay sandwich

Just boil some potatoes, peel them, and then thoroughly mash them for this delicious classic toast dish. Next, add oil to a skillet and add 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste along with cumin seeds, curry leaves, and onion. Mix thoroughly, then include peas, mashed potatoes, and coriander leaves. When the stuffing is finished, apply a thick layer of butter on the bread, followed by onion, tomato, and green chutney. Add the stuffing and top with another slice of bread. Grill or cook by flipping the bread, and serve with chutney or ketchup.


The traditional Gujarati meal is the ideal accompaniment to a desi sandwich. Toast the buns in a skillet with butter before assembling the straightforward sandwich. Take 3 tsp of Dabeli masala with 3 tbsp of water and some tamarind chutney in the interim. Take a pan, add oil, then add the mixture and toss well. Add the chopped coriander, chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, chopped green chillies, and boiling potatoes. Once the flame has been extinguished, add the red and green chutneys to the buns before adding the stuffing and finishing with sev and pomegranate seeds. Enjoy. This may be made using bread, or you can just make the stuffing and modify the bread.
