Immunity Booster: Chef Chinu Vaze’s Chatan Is Pure Gold

Though we knew from the very beginning that ‘health is wealth’, we hardly paid attention to it. But, one pandemic and so many lockdowns were enough to give us a reality check. The pandemic was a hard time for us and it made us realize that we should not be careless about our health. Our immune system is what keeps us going. It is the defense mechanism of the body and its function is to prevent and battle infections and germs. We all know this, of course!

Since winter has approached, it's time to take a little more care of our health and immunity system. And guess what? Chef Chinu Vaze has sorted this out for us. Chef Shilarna Vaze aka Chinu recently took to Instagram and talked about how mothers douse their children in sanitizer and then make them eat food with those very same doused hands. Chef wrote that immunity in kids depends on what they eat, how well they sleep, what is their gut health and their predisposition to allergies etc. And we totally agree with her.

Chef Vaze shared the recipe of immunity booster golden chatan which is a steal. She wrote, “This gorgeous GOLDEN CHATAN, is 100% kid-tested and approved”. She advised giving 1/2 tsp to the children every day as an immunity booster. One can also add it to milk as a healthy haldi-doodh. And, most importantly, it lasts for about 2-3 weeks in the fridge. She also told that one should not boil the milk with chatan as Ayurveda says that when honey is heated, it becomes poison. So, without letting you wait, here’s the recipe of this amazing immunity-boosting remedy. Follow the steps below.
