Use turmeric and vinegar

You can also take the help of turmeric and vinegar to store amla for a long time. For this:

  1. First, take an airtight box. Now put water, salt, turmeric and vinegar in this box and mix them well
  2. Without removing the seeds from the amla, cut it lightly
  3. Please put it in a box and keep it in the sun for some time
  4. Finally, you can keep it in the refrigerator

Store by boiling

To store amla, you can also store it by boiling. For this, you need to take out the seeds from the gooseberry. After that:

  1. Boil amla in water
  2. Dry it well in the sun for one to two days
  3. After drying, keep it closed in an airtight container
