How To Make No-Bake Chocolate Biscuit Cake?

We all love sweets, and there is nothing like making them at home with lots of love and rich ingredients. But, there are days when you wish to cook something in your kitchen that makes you happy. So, what's better than a cake? Everyone loves this baked sweet food, and don't worry as they aren't challenging to prepare. Do you know you don't even need a baking oven for chocolate cake? Here's a simple chocolate biscuit cake recipe that everyone loves and is super quick to prepare. Just an easy preparation, a few ingredients, and your cake is set! 


  • 800 grams biscuits (tea or digestive biscuits) 
  • 1 cup diced nuts (hazelnuts or walnuts) 

Chocolate Ganache

  • 120 grams of chopped chocolate 
  • ½ cup whipping cream 
  • Chocolate Syrup: 
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder 
  • 1 cup water and sugar 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 2/3 cup butter 


  1. Crush the biscuits into tiny bits in a big container.  
  2. Alongside, toss nuts in a pan for a few minutes and add them to the bowl of biscuits.  
  3. In a different container, add sugar and cocoa powder. Mix while adding butter and water.  
  4. Now stir well while adding vanilla extract. Get it off the flame and put it aside to cool.  
  5. Pour the chocolate sorghum over the nuts and biscuits mixture.  
  6. Mix all the ingredients well while using a spoon.  
  7. Grease the cake tin with butter and shift the mix to it. Even from the top with the help of a spoon.  
  8. Please put it in the fridge for thirty minutes.  
  9. Start making the chocolate ganache till the time it sets.  
  10. In a vessel, empty the cream, let it simmer and add chopped chocolate to this. 
  11. Mix it well to create a ganache. Then, it's time to take the chocolate biscuit cake from the refrigerator and pour the chocolate ganache over it. Serve with decorated nuts.
