Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 3 tbsp melon seeds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup instant oats
  • 1/2 cup milk powder
  • 2 tbsp chocolate powder

Method:

  • Separately dry roast the cashews, almonds, and seeds, then transfer to a platter. Oats are dry-roasted until crisp, then they are transferred to the same plate. Let them cool completely.
  • Blend in a blender along with the chia seeds to create a powder. To prevent oil from leaking, pulse and grind.
  • To obtain fine powder, sieve. Mix thoroughly after adding the milk powder and chocolate powder. It lasts for two months when stored in an airtight container.
  • Protein milk can be created by boiling milk with palm sugar, homemade protein powder, and a tablespoon. Stir thoroughly, then serve.
