1 cup Wheat (Coarse)
1/2 cup Moong dal (yellow)
1/4 cup Almonds

1.5 tsp Powdered jaggery
1/2 cup Water (hot)

Heat a pan with a thick bottom. Next, dry roast the almonds over a low to medium flame for 5 minutes. Remove the roasted nut, let it cool, and then ground it coarsely. Moong dal should be well washed before drying outside in the sun for 20 minutes. Sundried moong dal should be added to the pan and roasted till golden brown. Currently, combine coarse almond powder with the ground-up roasted moong dal. The coarse wheat should now be roasted until it emits a pleasant nutty scent.
