Kiwi Lassi Recipe


  • 2 peeled and sliced kiwis 
  • 3 cups of Greek yoghurt 
  • 3-4 tsp of sugar (you can use 3 -4 tsp of honey) 
  • Ice cubes (crushed) 
  • A scoop of vanilla ice cream (optional) 


  1. Take yoghurt, thin slices of kiwi and the required amount of honey/sugar and mix it in a blender. 
  2. Mix all ingredient for 45 seconds 
  3. Compare the texture. In case, add some water if you want to make it thin. 
  4. Are you a health freak? Then you can add a spoon of chia seeds to your lassi too! 
  5. Check the honey/sugar quotient. You can adjust the amount of ss per your taste. 
  6. Once done, serve the kiwi lassi over crushed ice.
