You can simply prepare this mojito by assembling some of the simple ingredients that you hopefully already have at home.

This light and fun creamy coconut mojito will make you travel to the tropical world. White rum and coconut mixed with plenty of fresh lemon and mint. This mojito is creamy with coconut cream and spiced with ginger beer for a lush gingery flavour.

The key to making coconut mojito is to evenly mix coconut rum and coconut cream together. To prepare this summer drink, read the given recipe.


1 lime ( quartered )

1 tablespoon coconut rum

1/4 cup canned full fat coconut milk 

2 tablespoons white rum

ginger beer for topping

8 fresh mint leaves

1-2 teaspoons granulated sugar (optional)

1 lime zest 

flaky sea salt


  • Prepare the lime sugar. In a low bowl, mix the lime cream, sugar and a pinch of sea salt. Sprinkle sugar on the glasses and cover with ice.
  • Combine lime, mint and granulated sugar ( optional ) in a cocktail shaker or glass and drain the juice. Add white rum and coconut rum. Add some ice cubes and shake evenly. Add coconut milk and shake.
  • Pour the drink in the prepared glass. Slowly pour over the ginger beer and mix gently. Adding the ginger beer, the mojito begins to froth. Mix gently and the foam will settle.
