Fried Green Chillies; Perfect Snack For Spice Lovers

This Green Chilli Fry dish is ideal for folks who enjoy extremely spicy food. Simply serve this Green Chilli Fry alongside your meals to give them a fiery touch if you have young children or elderly family members who don't appreciate spicy cuisine but you can't live without "teeth khana."Spicy and fried food during the monsoon is everything you crave!  It is a kind of quick pickle that you may keep for up to a week in the refrigerator. Green chillies, cumin seeds, turmeric, asafoetida, coriander powder, dried mango powder, fennel powder, salt, and oil are required to prepare the meal. This incredibly simple recipe can be made in less than 10 minutes and is great with roti sabzi or even dal chawal. This dish has the ideal ratio of heat to masalas. You may even experiment by adding some garlic powder, mixed herbs powder, oregano, and even chilli flakes to it to give extra flavours.

Here's how you can make fried green chillies at home-


1. 100 gm green chilli

2. 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida

3. 1 teaspoon coriander powder

4. 1 teaspoon fennel seeds powder

5. 2 tablespoon vegetable oil

6. 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds

7. 1/4 teaspoon turmeric

8. 1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder

Cut green chillies

The green peppers should be scrubbed clean and dried with paper towels. The green peppers should now be chopped into small bits and gathered in a bowl.

Prepare the tadka

Oil in a pan is now heating. Asafoetida and cumin seeds should be added and given a minute to sputter.

Add green chillies

Salt and green chillies are now added. Sauté while mixing for 10 seconds.

Add the green chillies

Add the fennel seed powder, dried mango powder, turmeric, and coriander powder at this point. Green chillies are stir-fried for two to three minutes. Ensure that the green peppers are somewhat crispy.

Ready to be served
