Cheese Sweet Corn Quesadillas By Ganesh Gaonkar, Corporate Head Chef, Pokiddo Junior
Ingredients:
- ½ cup boiled sweet corn
- ¼ cup grated cheese
- 1 whole wheat roti or tortilla
- A pinch of chaat masala

Instructions:
- Layer corn and cheese on one half of the roti
- Sprinkle chaat masala and fold in half
- Roast both sides on a tawa till the cheese melts
- Add finely chopped spinach or capsicum for more nutrients.
One Bowl Vanilla Cake By Chef Kriti Dhiman
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup lukewarm milk
- 1.5 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
- 3/4 cup maida
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda

Instructions:
- The procedure is very simple: measure out all the ingredients and add them to a big bowl.
- Give it a good mix and that’s it.
- Transfer this to a 6-inch lined baking tin and bake at 180 °C for 35-40 mins. Or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- You can top it up with some chocolate sauce or even fresh fruits if you like.
Cucumber Cream Cheese Sushi By Ganesh Gaonkar, Corporate Head Chef, Pokiddo Junior
Ingredients:
- Tortilla wraps
- Cream cheese
- Cucumber (long slices)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter as required

Instructions:
- Grab your tortilla wraps, spread some butter and then apply a generous amount of cream cheese.
- Lay your cucumber slices on top.
- Roll these into pinwheels.
- Cut it into four parts and secure the edges with a toothpick.
- Add a slice of avocado for that creamy wow.
Watermelon Shaved Ice By Chef Kriti Dhiman
Ingredients:
- Watermelon slices as required
- Condensed milk for garnish

Instructions:
- Cut the watermelon into slices.
- Just freeze the watermelon slices overnight or until they turn rock solid.
- Now using a grater, grate/shave this in a fancy glass.
- Top it up with some condensed milk and enjoy.
