  3. 1 tomato
  4. 1 capsicum (green pepper)

  9. 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  10. 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  11. 1/2 teaspoon of coriander powder
  12. 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
  13. salt as required
  14. 1 tablespoon of virgin olive oil
  15. 1 tablespoon butter
  16. 1 tablespoon green chutney

  1. In a bowl, crack open the eggs. Whisk well after adding a small amount of salt.
  2. In a pan, heat the oil. Asafoetida and cumin seeds should be added and given a little moment to sputter. Add the green chilli and chopped onion now. For one minute, sauté. Add the chopped tomato and bell pepper now. For 4-5 minutes, combine and sauté.
  3. Salt, garam masala, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and turmeric should be added. Mix well.
