These espresso chocolate chip muffins have a distinct coffee flavour and are moist, dense, and rich. The sweet chocolate chips and silky espresso flavour make these muffins the ideal morning or afternoon treat for coffee enthusiasts. These cupcakes have several flavours besides espresso, despite the fact that it is their predominant flavour. These creamy muffins have gooey, melty chocolate chips that give them a little indulgent sensation. These muffins are a fantastic way to start the day because of the incredible flavour that espresso and chocolate create together. Let's not deceive ourselves, though. Simply put, eating dessert for breakfast is what chocolate muffins are all about. There is nothing wrong with that.

Here's how you can make this:

Ingredients:

 2 cups all-purpose flour

 1 tablespoon espresso coffee granules

1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips

 2/3 cup dark brown sugar

 1 large egg

 4 tablespoons melted butter

 ½ teaspoon salt

 1 cup of whole milk

 1 tablespoon baking powder

 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

 1 teaspoon cinnamon

For the espresso glaze:

 2 tablespoons instant espresso granules

 2 cups powdered sugar

 3 tablespoons of hot water

Method:

Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Muffin tins should be greased or lined with paper liners.

Salt, cinnamon, baking powder, and flour should all be combined. Use a microwave to melt butter. Cool down.

Combine milk and espresso in a small bowl. Place aside.

In a large bowl, whisk the egg. Add vanilla, melted butter, dark brown sugar, and the milk mixture just enough to blend. Avoid overmixing. Add chocolate chunks and stir.

Fill the prepared muffin tin about two-thirds full with the batter, and bake right away.

A toothpick inserted into the centre of a muffin should come out clean after baking for 17 to 20 minutes. Let it cool.

For the espresso glaze:

Firstly, boil the water. Espresso granules should be instantly dissolved after pouring them into a small bowl.

Stir until everything has dissolved. Add the sugar powder and stir. Stir until smooth and thickened. Glaze over the muffins.
