Prep Time - 2 min

Cooking Time - 4 min

Serves – 1 to 2

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder 
  • 6 tbsp sugar 
  • 1½ cup milk
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch 
  • ½ tsp vanilla essence 
  • Pinch of salt
  • sugar confetti as required

Method

  • Take a microwave-safe bowl and add cocoa powder, sugar, cornstarch, milk, vanilla essence, and salt. Mix the ingredients and make sure there are no lumps.
  • Now microwave the mixture in gaps of 1:30 min while mixing in between till the mixture is cooked.
  • when done, allow cooling. You will see that as it cools it will thicken.
  • Garnish with sugar confetti (not necessary) and serve warm or chilled.
