Be it cake, cookies, pastries, or pudding, these sweet desserts are a treat to everyone. Who doesn’t love desserts and especially when they have chocolate? I don’t think there is any person on this planet who could say no to a chocolate dessert. Isn’t it?
We can say without any doubt that chocolate desserts are happy foods as they bring a sense of comfort with them. Chocolate desserts can lighten our mood whenever we are sad, stressed, frustrated, and low. This single dessert can do a lot. But, many a time, we tend to believe that desserts are unhealthy to eat and this is the reason why some people start avoiding these treats. As per some known studies, people who normally eat dark chocolate are more averse to enduring a stroke than individuals who don’t do so. We can surely say they are not unhealthy!! But one should always eat in order and avoid excessive eating as it may harm.

Cooking Time - 4 min
Serves – 1 to 2
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
- 6 tbsp sugar
- 1½ cup milk
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- ½ tsp vanilla essence
- Pinch of salt
- sugar confetti as required
- Take a microwave-safe bowl and add cocoa powder, sugar, cornstarch, milk, vanilla essence, and salt. Mix the ingredients and make sure there are no lumps.
- Now microwave the mixture in gaps of 1:30 min while mixing in between till the mixture is cooked.
- when done, allow cooling. You will see that as it cools it will thicken.
- Garnish with sugar confetti (not necessary) and serve warm or chilled.
