Fruit Punch

This one can add that refreshing zest to your tastebuds. To make this simple detox meal, take 1 cup of apples, kiwis, and strawberries and mix them in a bowl. Pour the dressing over the salad in a separate bowl after adding 2 tablespoons lime juice, 3 tablespoons orange juice, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, and 2 tablespoons honey. Enjoy it cold after a good toss.

Curd Rice

This nutritious bowl needs no introduction. It's the ideal meal to help you recover from holiday grub sins. Mix one bowl of cooked rice with a bowl of fresh curd and add salt to taste. Heat pure ghee in a tempering pan. Add red chillies, mustard seeds, chopped or crushed garlic cloves, and curry leaves, and let them splutter. Pour the prepared tempering over the curd rice and top it with pomegranate seeds.

Berry Curd Bowl

Take 1/2 cup mixed berries, 1 cup curd, 1 cup soaking oats, chia seeds, and honey for your first detox meal. Blend the ingredients thoroughly in a blender, then top with one-two teaspoon of soaked chia seeds for decoration. Together with the goodness of antioxidant-rich berries, the cooling and probiotic properties of curd help to induce vital nutrients and fibre, which aid in better weight management.

Take 1/2 cup cooked quinoa, 1 chopped onion, 3 minced garlic cloves, whole red chillies, and 1 cup blanched spinach leaves to prepare this protein-fibre-rich meal. Heat a pan, add some minced ginger, onions, and red chillies, boil the spinach mixture, and then stir in the quinoa. Enjoy with a bit of lime juice, salt, and pepper.

Beetroot Cold Soup

Take 1 medium beet, 1/2 cup soaked poha or beaten rice, 3 cups of water, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 inch of ginger, lemon juice, and black pepper to whip this effortless detox meal. Next, heat a teaspoon of olive oil, and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, red chillies, and red pepper flakes. Let them splutter without getting burnt. Pour this over the mixture, and savour it.
