  8. Methi - 1 cup

How to make methi missi roti?

  1. First of all, clean the methi thoroughly in water, cut it, and keep it in a vessel.
  2. Now mix gram flour, flour, fenugreek, salt, green chilli, onion, red chilli powder and carom seeds in a container and knead the dough by adding little water.
  3. After this, make a ball out of the dough and prepare it by making roti in a round shape.
  4. Now in a pan, heat oil and cook the roti on medium flame till it turns golden brown.

How to make masala oats?

  2. After this, heat the butter in a pan, add all the vegetables, cumin, salt, garam masala and cook for some time.
  3. After cooking for two to three minutes, add some water and boil it for another three to four minutes.
  4. After two minutes, add oats to it and continuously stir to avoid lumps.
  5. After cooking for five to seven minutes, switch off the gas.
