People who eat the food here consider Anoop Khanna a Santa because he always tries to maintain the taste despite being cheap.

When did Dadi Ki Rasoi begin?

  • Anoop Khanna started 'Dadi Ki Rasoi' in the year 2015. He has often shared that his grandmother used to eat khichdi and feed the poor with the money saved. Even today, we have ample poor and needy people in society; you will find thousands of people on the streets fighting for getting a meal of the day. Anoop Khanna takes 5 rupees in such a situation, but he feeds delicious food made in desi ghee.
  • Former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav has also appreciated Anoop Khanna for this effort. His steadfast loyalty and his love for the people is giving him a new identity in society. He is getting so much love and blessings from the people to work well with even more hard work.
