It is the best culinary delight. It is widely consumed as snacks, side dishes, and main course and are mostly enjoyed alongside the drinks. Doner Kebabs are laden with juicy, flavourful meat with caramelized edges. The chicken marinated with rich curd and tomato paste along with aromatic spices and then wrapped within crispy Taco shells. They are a much healthier option for fast food as they are not fried deeply and filled with fresh vegetables. There is a never-ending variety of kebabs made from lamb, chicken, beef, or fish. Anyhow, pork is not used in Kebabs.

The word kebab means to ‘roast’. Kebabs hailed from Turkey when soldiers used to grill chunks of hunted animals and roasted them on swords (as skewers) in an open field. It is usually referred to as ‘Doner’ kebab in the UK, because the word means ‘rotating’. The meat is traditionally sliced, marinated, stacked and is then skewered in a slowly-vertically rotating spit. The popular Doner was created in 1972 by a Turkish chef.
