Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp honey
- 100 gm cooked quinoa
- 100 gm whole moong sprouts
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- Rock salt to taste
- 50 gm small cut cottage cheese cubes
- 50 gm chopped red bell pepper
- 50 gm chopped green bell pepper
- 50 gm onion
- 2 tsp olive oil
Method:
- Take apple cider vinegar, oil, honey, salt to taste in a bowl and mix it well together.
- On a plate, mix cooked quinoa, moong sprouts, cottage cheese, and chopped salads together and the above mixture well.
- The high-protein, fibre, and alkalizing salad is ready to serve.
