Ingredients:
- 120 ml Dry Rose Wine
- 22.5 ml Homemade Strawberry Shrub
- 30 ml Apple Juice
- Cut Fresh Strawberries for garnish
Home-Made Strawberry Shrub Recipe
- 200 grams Fresh Strawberries
- 100 grams Grain Sugar
- 100 ml Apple Cider Vinegar
- 100 ml Water
Instructions:
- Start by making the strawberry shrub by chopping the fresh strawberries.
- Mix the strawberries with grain sugar, apple cider vinegar, and a little water.
- Transfer the contents to a blender. Blend until you get a smooth mixture.
- Mix the strawberry shrub with dry rose wine.
- Strain and pour the cocktail into a Bordeaux red wine glass.
- Garnish with chopped strawberries and serve.

Ingredients:
- 60ml Beefeater Gin
- 30ml Rhubarb Cordial
- 1 bar spoon Rose Sacrum
- 10ml Lime Juice
- Sparkling Wine to top
- Dehydrated Rose Petal for garnish
Instructions:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
- Add gin, rhubarb cordial, rose sacrum, and lime juice.
- Shake vigorously until well chilled.
- Double strain into a chilled champagne flute.
- Top with sparkling wine.
- Garnish with a dehydrated rose petal, and enjoy.

Ingredients:
- 30 ml London Dry Gin
- 30 ml Luxardo Sour Cherry Gin
- 2 Dashes Cherry Bitters
- 7.5 ml Maraschino Cherry syrup
- 5 ml Citric & Malic Acid Solution (2:1)
- Sparkling Wine to top up
Instructions:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with gin, cherry bitters, cherry syrup, citric, and malic acid solution.
- Shake till smooth.
- Once mixed, pour it over a few ice cubes in a Tom Collins glass.
- Top off the cocktail with sparkling wine.
- Garnish with an edible flower and Maraschino cherry before serving.
