  • 2tbsp cornmeal flour
  • 2tbsp mixed seeds (mix of pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, melon seeds and sesame seeds)
  • 1cup mix berries

For compote

  • ½ tbsp brown sugar
  • ¼ cup chopped pineapple

  1. Cut the butter into small cubes.
  2. In a bowl, take butter, sugar and cornmeal flour. Using your hands, mix them gently until it resembles a crumble. Spread it on a baking tray.
  3. In a pre-heated oven, bake it at 180*c for 10 minutes. Collect the crumble in a bowl and mix the multi seeds, and keep them aside.
  4. In a saucepan, take all the berries and cook along with sugar for 8 to 10 minutes on medium heat. Then, strain it and remove all the liquid.
  5. In a small ramekin, put this berry mix at the bottom and top with the earlier prepared crumble mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 180*c for 10 minutes.
