1. 1/2 teaspoon green tea powder

2. 1/2 cup of low-fat milk

3. 1/2 cup water

4. 1 teaspoon of honey

Method

1. Put water in a pan and heat it up to a medium temperature. 

2. Once the water is lukewarm, pour it into a blender along with the green tea powder, and blend the ingredients until they are frothy.

3. Now add some honey to the milk in the pan and cook it over medium heat. Stir it, then allow it to heat up to a boil. 

4. When the milk is foamy, pour it into a cup after continuing to stir it. 

5. Pour the green tea mixture into the cup immediately.

6. Serve it hot and enjoy!
