 Actress Ananya Panday who debuted with Student Of The Year 2 in the year 2019, has become a name to reckon with in the Hindi film industry. With big-ticket films like Liger, opposite Vijay Deverakonda and the multi-starrer Gehraiyan with Deepika Padukone, Siddhant Chaturvedi, Ananya has much to look forward to in the year 2022. The 23-year-old actress can be seen happily munching on the gorgeous-looking fries. “I just want a bouquet of French Fries”, the actress wrote in her caption, and honestly don’t we all? With the festive season upon us, all we can think about is feasting our hearts out. While it is very easy to grab your phone and order some fries in, but it is not that hard to make these tasty nibbles at home too. Provided you keep these ground rules in mind.

 

How To Make Best French Fries At Home 

Pick large potatoes, as they have the perfect, creamy, white flesh to yeild crispy fries 

Once you peel the skin, make sure you clean the skin, and after you are done with that cut thick slices of one cm each (width). This is the ideal size, as it is not too thick, not too thin to be bland or get burnt.  

Once you have sliced the potatoes, rinse them with cold water, rinse well, then put on a cloth and let them dry, so that there is no moisture in the fries. Rinsing and drying is important for the perfect texture of the fries.  

When they are dry, they are ready to fry, put them in hot oil. And do not stir so much, stir occasionally. Stirring continuously can break the fries. 

After initial frying, lower the flame and continue with rest of the frying. It is important to lower the flame, otherwise your potatoes will get cooked from outside and stay uncooked from inside.
