Air-Fryer Chicken Meatballs: An Easy And Quick Dinner

Ingredients:

 450 g ground chicken

 ½ teaspoon black pepper

 1 tablespoon parsley (dried)

 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

 1 teaspoon onion powder

 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

 ½ teaspoon salt

 1 egg

 1 teaspoon paprika

 1 tablespoon of olive oil

 ½ cup breadcrumbs

Method:

 Ground chicken, egg, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, olive oil, and parsley should all be put in a sizable mixing bowl.

 Make a ball out of a heaping scoop of the chicken mixture. Put them on a sheet of parchment. About 24 balls result from this.

 Turn the air fryer on at 400 °F. The meatballs can be put in the air fryer basket after it has been lined with foil or sprayed with cooking oil.

 The meatballs should be browned in 10 minutes of air frying, flipping once. Check for an internal temperature of 165°F using a meat thermometer.

 Take out and cook the following batch. When all the meatballs are cooked, place them all in the air fryer to reheat for a short while. Serve with marinara sauce, if desired.

Notes


 You can store the meatball for three days and keep it in the refrigerator in an airtight container. Use the microwave to reheat.

 The meatballs should be placed on a parchment-lined baking sheet and frozen. The meatballs should be placed in a ziplock bag and freezer for three months.

 Cook them in the air fryer for 12 minutes or until thoroughly done when cooking from frozen.
