Ingredients:
• 450 g ground chicken
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• 1 tablespoon parsley (dried)
• 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 tablespoon of olive oil
• ½ cup breadcrumbs
Method:
• Ground chicken, egg, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, olive oil, and parsley should all be put in a sizable mixing bowl.
• Make a ball out of a heaping scoop of the chicken mixture. Put them on a sheet of parchment. About 24 balls result from this.

Notes
• You can store the meatball for three days and keep it in the refrigerator in an airtight container. Use the microwave to reheat.

• Cook them in the air fryer for 12 minutes or until thoroughly done when cooking from frozen.
